Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

A: After order confirmation is sent, it can take up 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped + delivered to you. All items are made to order to avoid waste. This means it may take up to 3 days to assemble your handmade product. You will receive a confirmation number after purchasing as well as a tracking number when package has been shipped. During holidays please allow a grace period of 2 weeks exact when awaiting your order.

Q: Is there a return policy?

A: Please be absolutely sure of your selections at the time of ordering. All Sales are Final. All orders are final and absolute once your flat fee service fee has been paid. No refunds are given at anytime. Free Repairs included with all mainline products. Return label is included with your order. Repair times fluctuate, email us @info.hindsightofficial.com to receive an estimate.

Q: What’s the process when it comes to Pre-Order items?

A: Pre-Order items have a longer processing time which is 14 days. Once item arrives to us, orders will be shipped 1-3 days after arrival. Every product is handmade with hard work, cut, and sewn. If you cannot wait patiently for an update on Pre-Order items please do not order. 

Q: What do I do if I missed my delivery time for my package?

A:  Go to USPS.com, input your tracking number and from there you will be able to schedule a redelivery. Please select a day where you will be at residency to sign for package on arrival.

Q: My package shows delivered but I did not receive it, who do I contact?

A: Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) to solve the problem of your missing package. Hindsight labels every package to be signed by Receiver on arrival of delivery. If you’re not at home at the time of the delivery date you will have to reschedule delivery through your tracking number information.
